My own journey to wellness took an unexpected turn when I faced an aggressive form of breast cancer at the tender age of 34. But I'm not one to back down from a challenge. With a warrior's spirit and an unwavering support system, I fought through every treatment, every uncertainty, and every tear. And here I stand, a proud survivor, marking a decade free from cancer's grip!

You know what they say – life's twists often lead us to our purpose. And mine? It's become the 'voice of inspiration' and a beacon of hope for those who need it most. Partnering with my rock, Jerald, we brought to life The Survivor's Nest Inc. – a non-profit that wraps its arms around women affected by cancer. Our motto 'We are Stronger Together' isn't just words; it's the driving force behind every service we offer.

Now grown women creating their paths, and my two grandsons & granddaughter, Josiah Elijah and Aziriah, fill my heart with endless joy.

But my passion didn't stop there. The fight for wellness is ongoing, not just for me, but for all those still in the trenches.
Through countless conversations and shared experiences, I discovered a common need – a community to lift us up, cheer us on, and remind us that we're never alone. And so, from the embers of struggle, I birthed the flame of The Wellness Girl Social Club.
